I love a good YouTube workout!
I find doing a fitness challenge keeps me engaged, and motivated and I actually enjoy it.
No need to leave the house or touch sweaty gym equipment.
Below I have listed some of my favorite Fitness Youtube channels with some specifically linked to a challenge.

I have linked her YouTube playlists for specific challenges because these are amazing! I guarantee there is something for everyone. I love the kettlebell videos as well as the Fuel series I am doing at the moment. These are great for not only more advanced workouts but also complete beginners, there is something for all abilities.
Heather Robertson another great channel for free weekly workouts as well as those challenges! She has a variety of different levels and workout styles to find one that suits you.
Great for those days you're not feeling up for weights or the usual HIIT workout and just want something fun to get you sweating!
They also have 30 minute workouts from their bootcamp as well as playlists you can follow along or create your own.
She may not upload workout very often but there are some really butt kicking, ab shaking workouts in there!
I love her 25-minute full-body cardio burn, it definitely burns!
A go-to for home workouts.

One thing I love about this program is the simplicity of the videos, a simple clear background, and no music so you can choose to put your own on or just follow along and listen to the trainers.
Those are my top five at the moment and to be honest, they have been my favorite for the past two years and I still haven’t gotten tired of them! They all have so many playlists and challenges that are saved as well as new ones they upload I’m just never short of ones to choose from.
Getting sweaty and getting the body moving is one of the best ways to improve not only your physical health but your mental health. Boosting your feel good hormones and increasing your energy, getting moving is a great way to start the day.
