Relax your shoulders
Take a long deep breath
Imagine a slide (the type you would see in a kid’s playground).
Imagine yourself walking up the steps, as you do so, breathe in.
Then as you slide down, breathe out slowly.
As you walk back around to the steps, hold your breath for 4-5 seconds.
Repeat.
Now look around the space you are in,
Count 10 different colors you can see
It’s not a race just take your time looking around, noticing all the different shades and tones.
Now what can you hear?
Can you notice 5 different sounds?
