What is Anxiety and When is it a problem?
Anxiety in mild form is totally normal and a part of life as a human. However, sometimes feeling anxious can seep its way into parts of our day that are completely irrational, holding us back from doing things in life we love and being who we truly are.
I’ve often felt I am a confident person trapped in an anxious person’s body.
When the feeling of anxiety is getting in the way of everyday life it’s time to do something to change it. First off, go and speak to your GP as a medical opinion is always helpful and it’s best to be safe and explore all options with a trained professional.
However, the products I have listed here today are ones I have personally tried and tested for my own issues with Anxiety.
I personally find treating anxiety holistically is the best way, but remember we are all unique individuals and we must listen to our bodies and do what is right for us.
Trial and error is always a part of finding the right fit.
